How to Check FESCO Bill Online?

You can use our FESCO online bill check website to get your electricity bill online. Here is the simple guide for all the FESCO consumers.

1. Click on the “FESCO Bill Online” and go to the bill checking page.
2. On the main page, you will see a tool at the beginning of the page. This is a tool to check your FESCO bill online.
3. You need to enter your 14-digit reference number or 10-digit consumer ID inside the tool.
4. Now press the  button “Check Bill” to get the billing details.
5. Your bill will appear on your screen that you can check or print.

What is a Reference Number and Consumer ID?

To check your FESCO e-bill online, you need one of these two things:

• A 14-digit Reference Number, or
• A 10-digit Consumer ID

You can easily find both on any of your old or recent FESCO bills. Follow these steps:

1. Pick up your FESCO bill.
2. Look at the top left corner of the bill.
3. You will see two boxes labeled:
   1. Consumer ID
   2. Reference Number
4. Below each label, you will find the numbers.

How to Download or Print Out the FESCO Bill Online?

If you want a copy of your bill, follow these steps:

1. First, check your bill using our online tool.
2. When your bill appears on the screen, press Ctrl + P on your keyboard.
3. A print window will open.
4. From here, you can do two things:
   1. Click “Save as PDF” to download your bill, or
   2. Select your printer and click “Print” to get a hard copy.
5. Wait a few seconds. Your bill will be downloaded or printed based on your selected option.
